GRAND CHAMPIONS
This page is dedicated to the Grand Champions we have bred.
In 1998 the Royal New South Wales Canine Council introduced the title of GRAND CHAMPION. This was to encourage champions
to remain in the ring and have something to strive for.
An Australian Champion is required to accumulate 100 points. These are gained at championship shows and you win 5 points for
winning a challenge and one point for every dog you beat over 6 months of age. That is the male challenge winner. the same
is done for the female challenge winner. The best of breed winner also gains further points for each dog/bitch beaten over 6
months of age. A maximum of 25 points can be obtained. If 25 points are not obtained at breed level, you can win more
points for each dog you defeat for Best in Group up to 25 points.
A Grand Champion is required to accumulate 1,000 challenge points.
